4th of July San Jose Wedding
Surprisingly, this 2020 4th of July was my favorite by 4th of July by far. Aly and Tristan got married on top of a hill facing the valley of San Jose, California. The view was gorgeous, not only the background, but the couple too. Aly + Tristan knew one another from high school, but ended up getting together because Tristan and his dad went into Aly’s work place and David pointed out that they both had jeeps. Two years later, there we were in San Jose at the most beautiful yet simple rustic wedding. The venue was completely DIY which I was so impressed with. So many willing friends and family came together to decorate a barren hill into decked out haystacks and sunflowers galore.
Something that really stood out to me was that. Aly’s maid of honor was her cousin Sarah. I loved that because I was never that close to my cousins, but I hope my newborn niece can be besties with my one year old one day. I could see how close these families were and how supportive they were of Aly and Tristan. I originally met Aly at church and when I showed up at the wedding I swear I saw half of the congregation there helping out! These are some wonderful people here! Tristan is such a cool guy who complements Aly so much. They both love their jeeps and have a rugged side to them. We took the most stunning portraits with their cars because besides their families and dog, these jeeps are so important to them.
