The Walker Family at Willow Lake, Prescott, Arizona

Dad + Mom? YES!

You may be wondering why the faces in these photos are blotted out? This is just protocol for children who aren’t allowed to have photos online. These two little girls are foster children and are near adoption! I met the Walker family while at church on Sunday while visiting my sister-in-law in Prescott, Arizona. Ben’s sister just had a baby! Baby Remington is the cutest and photos will come soon!

I really wanted to take photos of a family at Willow Lake because it is one of the most stunning sights I’ve ever seen. The lake is so grand and the reflection of the dell rocks on the water is breathtaking. Gladly, the Walker family was interested in a photoshoot that I offered and we got some of the best photos ever!

This family showed up super prepared! Everyone coordinated their colors beautifully and the kids were so helpful and attentive when I took their photos! Aren’t they all the cutest?

After photos by the water, we took photos in the grass with the mountains in the background. If there’s other stunning views in the area I’m all for taking photos with different scenes. I try to capture as much as possible within the hour time frame most sessions last. I take photos of the family as a group, as a couple, parents with groups of kids and sometimes even kids by themselves.

Prescott, I miss you even now and loved all the kind people I met while visiting your small town.
